Returns & Refunds

Merchandise sold as-is
Prices are non-negotiable. The item’s condition is taken into consideration when it is priced, including any missing or defective components.

All sales are final*
All merchandise is considered final sale once it has left the ReStore premises.

Purchases are resold if not picked up
In-store purchases not picked up within four (4) days will be refunded for store credit and put back on the sales floor.

Refunds issued for store credit only*
Refunds in the form of store credit may only be offered for merchandise that has not yet left the ReStore premises.

*Non-working appliances or hard-wired items may be returned to the store of purchase in the same condition within seven (7) calendar days of purchase accompanied with original receipt.
